my brother went thru -then I told cashier I was price matching -she said doesn't matter tell me the items at the end I will change the price -kinda threw me off -so as I was trying to look at my list and tell her -I missed the soup as she was bagging the stuff already-so she told me pull your debit out so I can put the soup in for .49
then the bill came out with no name at top "freshco" so I asked her could you please do it over it(as checkout51 wouldn't take it with no name) -well I already started another order -can you wait -so I asked is there a supervisor that may do it "I am the supervisor"i feel she was rushing as she was the only cashier -only 1 other up to 16 items
-so the girl that came to do my order over said I will have to ring the whole order in again -I told her just the 4 items needed for checkout51-then left
-my poor brother was waiting at the car
well good thing I got a few groceries as I had dental surgery last night(they had a cancellation) and I will not be going to any stores the next few days

Nice shop- No Frills did the same thing to me once, cut off the top of the receipt that I wanted to submit to CO51, so I found an old No Frills receipt and taped it on, it looked completely normal and the receipt was accepted.
