No Aveeno call-in available

I called today for 2 $3 Aveeno and said said ther weren't any available. She even rechecked. Is this normal? It's only my 2nd call-in and the first time I didn't even get Aveeno. I settled for Stayfree and J&j baby. I don't use any of the products but thought they'd be a nice trade. When I asked for the J7J baby she asked what product I was using it for. Panic. wanted to say lotoin cuz it was the only product I knew. Anyway she helped out and I lied a bit but somebodies getting a coupie for bodywash (no not free) I get so stressed when i call even though they're very polite and helpful. I know it's because iwon't be using it myself so there's some guilt I guess.

I called and asked for the $2 stayfree/carefree a couple months ago and they said they weren't available. But the next month I asked for them again and they were available again, so it may just be temporarily unavailable.

It's normal, I've experienced the same as sarah_300c, they were out of Stayfree a few months ago. When I called this month, they had them again. So they could just be out of stock of the Aveeno.

While I can understand that you like to get these coupons for trading it would be really nice if you didn’t ask for coupons for products you don’t personally use. There are LOTS of us who actually use these products and the coupons on a regular basis and find it very frustrating when people request them just for trading. It doesn't matter if it's the new parent's pack with the free product coupon, or just the regular monthly coupons that you get when you call in, it’s deceitful and I can’t believe you would post what you did. I also can’t believe you even asked for coupons and you couldn’t even give the product name that you use, the fact that the rep had to help you out with the product should have been an indication to her that you didn’t really use the products. I have been a loyal and honest customer of J&J for years and I don’t think the I should have to look on someone’s trade list just to get a coupon I could have normally received by calling in. We only use Aveeno products in my house and the $3 coupons definitely help with the costs. If people keep abusing the system like this they aren’t going to keep offering the coupons. I think this is just as bad as people bragging on this site that they got so many of their friends and family to call in and request the new parents pack and then post the coupons for trading.

When I called today they were currently out of the Aveeno coupon as well as the Band-aid coupon, the man on the phone (super apologetic) said they should be available next month

First of all, this site has a trade and wish list. That's why people put Aveeno, J&J call-ins on their wish list because they're hoping to get more of them since they buy the product more then once a month. It's unfortunate that we have to even order them and they're not simply tear pads. I'll be using my stayfree so don't worry. I never said I wouldn't use the Aveeno coupon since I've never tried any of their products and didn't know what it was for. I get dry skin in the winter so I thought I'd try a bath product. Your right about the other coupon but then again I'm assuming it's for lots of products they make not just baby stuff. But if I can't use it at least someone will compared to the thousands of coupons that get thrown out. I don't appreciate your attack and find it unfounded. Trading, sharing, RAOKing coupons is a nice thing.
