I need an actual to do list... I keep finding random bits of paper I have written on. Surely such a thing must exist- anyone know where I can buy one??
To do list:
Buy to do list pad
Write to do list so it stops circling in my head
Get totally overwhelmed by to do list
Hide from to do list and hope it magically completes itself
Hibernate and not come out until after Christmas!

My fiancee and I looked at a house to rent on a whim because at our current place a bunch of students movies in downstairs and have been a nightmare. we applied and got approves so looks like were moving in 20 days! Ahhh!!
If anyone has any tips on how to cut back on the water, oil and power bill please let me know!

Thanks for your kind words everyone. I hope it gets easier as time passes.
as for my buddy, I thought I was finished shopping, but I went for some retail therapy and ended up purchasing more stuff for you... I don't think you'll mind... Silly google maps took me to the eaton centre instead of school...whoops.
i have a question about shipping. Can I wrap my box with something other than brown paper? It's a chip box from Halloween and its not very Christmasy...I like a consistent theme haha.

As long as it doesn't take a long time to ship and has tracking, you can ship using whatever. You might want to check insurance too in case it gets lost. A parcel like this gets expensive to replace.
As far as wrapping a box, it is much more likely to be stolen when wrapped in Xmas paper so I always use something plain.

Ok so in case my buddy needs more ideas for me... Here are some:
- Glade/Febreze... Sorry don't remember which brand but hubby and I love these car vent clips (Hawaiian scent!)
- Gravy boat
- Sled cushion insert for my daughter's baby wooden sleigh (I think Canadian Tire or Toysrus has these) Don't remember if I put this on my WL
- girls kids waterproof winter gloves (she's almost 3)
- Brita filters
- Silicone insert for a pot to melt chocolate in
- 8 inch or 10 inch metal pegs for my new stockpile pegboard (lowes and Home Depot sells these)

Has anyone ever dealt with noisy neighbours? I really don't want to call the cops to deal with a noise complaint (plus the guy is a jerk and it will likely just lead to him being more of a jerk)
About two months ago, the person next door moved closer to work. We had a good relationship with our neighbours. These people moved in and they do not seem to work so bother both us who are up early and the people next door where the guy works nights
- the guy thinks he is a rock star, last night for example, he started drumming and singing (howling) at 10:45
- he never parks properly, he has parked diagonally half on his driveway but across my walkway to my place. he also doesn't ever pull up into his space so blocks the sidewalk. We have a woman in a wheel chair and a very elderly person who uses a walker on the street and they need to cross the street to get past because he is blocking it
- they have a small dog that they lose all the time so you hear them out calling plus they let it poop everywhere and never pick up (not just the yard, it has pooped in several front lawns when they take it out or it escapes)
Not working, he also makes "regular noise" at all times of the night, like he was vacuuming his car (which is parked almost outside my bedroom) at 3am one night and slams the car doors everytime he goes out
