I would try it,,, have a tank full of convicts ( black fish that are really aggresive) wondering if I should stick my feet in prior to feeding LOL

I would love to try it...it probably tickles! Doesn't gross me out in the least. I don't have any dry skin on my feet though... but sometimes I get it on my elbows! But that might be uncomfortable, not to mention I would look really weird....
