Well, for the US, anyway.
Canada uses day/month/year as the most common standard, following the UK and Europe.
However, people use all three formats.
I think it would be best for the world to go to the ISO standard which is largest to smallest elements - year, month, day.

So...in Canada, it would be: 13/11/15...in the ISO standard: 15/11/13...point being, it doesn't change th fact that it is the last odd day of the century. How odd..
