Same thing happened to me at the LD in Lawson...they couldn't figure out why only one Dove soap came off instead of two, it should be automatic. Anyway, I always make a point of checking my bill on the way out, I went back and they refunded me the money.

I should have checked, it was my own fault =( I was just in a rush because hubby had to leave for work at noon and it was already 11:30!

This also happened to me at LD yesterday. Only 4 bar soaps came off at the end. Luckily I noticed & she took 2 off manually. Perhaps the system is only allowing 4 at a time. It's crazy how much the regular price is on these soaps (4.49 for 2 small bars??!!) So nice to get them free with purchase.
