PC Plus Brought Me Back in 2015

Happy New Year Y'all...It's been a while that I've been gone from SC as you may have noticed. It's been crazy but through it all, I've been managing to get great deals etc. I was so touched by the kindness of a PC Plus CS staff today, I figure I have to make an extra effort to post a brag. I'll go as far back as two weeks ago as I've been getting some really great bonus personal offers.
So here goes Jan2-8)
5000bonus points for every $25 spent on frozen food
800 points on Gerber cereal
500 points on MM OJ

I had noticed one week earlier that there weren't many suitable clothing on clearance at RCSS so I decided to check out Fortinos. I bought the following:

This morning I went to a walk in clinic but I was told that the doctor had stop seeing anymore patients for the day. I was told to come back in 2 hours so that I would be seen by the next doctor who would be coming in. I left & went to RCSS to do some banking using PC ATMs. I then remembered we needed some ripe bananas. Here goes todays shop:

I originally had 2 PJs but glanced at my phone(I always take screenshots of my offers once I download them) after the cashier rang in my items which totaled ~$26.I asked her to suspend the trx so that I could grab something else to make the total at least $30 to get the bonus 3000 points. Lo & behold, the points didn't reveal on my receipt so I thought the offer excluded JF items. When I got home, I clicked on my current offers(to see if there were any exclusions) but that particular one was nowhere to be found though I had the screenshot. I decided to call PC Plus only to realize that the offer was only valid for Sat & Sun...What!!!! I had no clue....I have never been sent such offer in the past so I assumed it was business as usual. Anyway,I asked if they could make an exception to offer me the points and without hesitating the gentleman says he would meet me halfway & give me 2000 points(that's > halfway if u ask me).He put me on hold briefly and said he actually gave me 2500 points but in future I should check each bonus offer as they may have different expiry dates. I truly never expected to get any points but I was pleasantly surprised and thanked him. He truly made my day seeing that I had gone back to the dr's office and though I got my pressure, weight & height taken, the doctor took so long to come see me, I had to leave as DH needed the car to get to work..sigh..I am just loving my PC plus ..Lets hope the great offers continue to roll my way.

Yup you are right. I have never had bad CS from pcplus guys on the phone. First of all i almost always get the points, and in the past when i didnt get offers (i guess it was only for diapers offers... etc) they were very quick to give me my points.
