Didn't know where to post this but here goes...I go to my Target this morning, they still have a lot of stock..I start scanning items that were posted on this site..chi curling iron, chi dryer, champion sweat pants, etc.etc..also I went last week, it was the same morning when we just heard Target was closing..I bought a purse for $10.00, really liked it I thought I would buy another one in the Orange color..saw a pair of boots I would have bought..regular price!!EVERYTHING WAS SCANNING AT REG. PRICE!!! The only thing that was reduced was the chi blow dryer from $99.99 to $59.99..the purse I bought last week for $10.00 was $34.99 the sweat pants that someone bought for $7.50 were $34.99....that's the Bad!! The good was that I didn't spend one penny, so I saved all that money..Yeah!!! There was no ugly..it just sounded good for the title ha,ha,ha!! Staff were very polite as usual, also when I was scanning the products an employee asked if I needed help..I mentioned that I was scanning everything because the prices are sometimes wrong..he said that's a good idea because they won't be putting sale or clearance stickers on anything anymore!! I said, " how are we supposed to know what's on sale?" He said, keep doing what you're doing!!i I hope the scanners are all working because this is going to be a nightmare!!

I went last week after hearing about the Champion pants as I need bigger sizes since I'm pregnant and $7.50 is great but they all scanned at $34.50 or $19.xx so i said forget it! I bought really nice Champion stretchy black yoga pants at Costco for $18 so i'll just go back there if I don't find any at Target in the next few weeks. So jealous of whoever scored that deal LOL

I went back yesterday to get the Anchor jar that was on sale last week for $7 + (wasn't sure at the time if I will find a use for it). But yesterday's price scanned regular.
The shower curtain was on sale $5 off also back at regular price (just bought it on Sunday and want a back up). I thought that's a bit odd but maybe they are stopping all the clearance (accept the sale advertised in their flyer, that they have to honour). The Thermos jar also back at regular price too. If anyone wants clearance deal got to get there before the staffs removing the all clearance.

Went today...not many deals but did find a pair,of sunglasses for $5, a.necklace, for z10.49... Only 30% off but goes with my new $6 dress I bought yesterday...it was hard to pay more money for the necklace than I paid for the dress lol but was afraid to wait as hardly any jewellery left. And my best find is a field crest bed skirt 70%'off for 20.99. I have been looking for one for a while, hard to find, so was happy to see this one, good match for my bedspread and field crest,is great quality. I don't recall seeing it in the store before! Lots of people in the store buying up everything at full price.... Ugh... Nothing will be left for liquidation at this rate! Silly people.

That's too bad. I wonder if they have put stuff back to full price now that they know everyone is going. Sad those people didn't go to begin with!

I discovered the same thing when I was at Target yesterday. Some items that were clearance priced last week are now scanning at higher prices. It's one of the very few times I've left Target without buying anything.

I went to Target today also looking for "Clearance" signs. NOT VERY MANY! Even the dregs of what had been the Christmas stuff was only marked 70% off - but I didn't scan anything. You would think that it was just OPENING not going to close!

I went yesterday as well. Lots of the clearance was marked at my store. I will now start scanning more random items now though.

I went a few days ago, had a return to do but no receipt. Usually they would just offer a gift card, which was fine, but cashier said they can no longer issue gift cards. You can only return an item for the same item ( do if it's damaged or something, exchange only.)
