Maybe it's a regional thing. I've found them on Smartsource shelf mounts in Safeway stores across Metro Vancouver, but only in Safeway stores.

I've been looking high and low for the new .75 off International Delight coupon, which is supposed to be one of the new Smartsource tear pads. But, I don't think that one is in the west. I think it's a conspiracy to keep Canada Post in business as we trade like mad to get the coupons not put out in our region.

Full Smartsource tear pads at my Safeway in metro Vancouver ....except for Cottonelle. It was cleared completely, not even cardboard left. I am despairing of ever finding them.

I have not seen the Cottonelle $2 ones, but the Enviro Cascades ones were out.
