Okay, I am at a loss here. I have a 4.39 Kg whole chicken and I have no idea how long I am supposed to cook it in the oven for or what temperature. Google isn't helping either because everything is American and not in Kg.
Is there one website that has all the oven roasting times and cooking temperatures? I would love to have it bookmarked and not have a panic attack every time I'm making a special dinner. This thread is currently associated with: N/A

Thank you? I already know what it is in pounds [9 something]. I was asking if there is one, trusted website that has cooking times and temperatures.
Knowing how big it is doesn't really help with how high to roast per pound when I can't find that info but thanks anyway. I'll look around elsewhere.

Sorry, what I got from your post was that websites are not using kilos but pounds & with a converter, perhaps that would help.
