I have been drooling over the brags that those in the east have been posting about Uncle Ben's rice.
Now I am drooling over all the nice coupons I have (and the rice of course)!
The Sobeys West flyer had the tubs advertised for $5.99. So shopping I did go--
$77.87 13 × Uncle Bens rice tubs @ $5.99
-$11.98 SCOP on 2 buckets of rice as price scanned incorrectly on 2 different purchases
-$7.00 X $1 coupons used
-$13.00 worth of airmiles received
-$104. 00 26 X $4 coupons off any chicken
-$26.00 26 X $1 coupons for Uncle Bens Bistro Express Rice
=credit of $84.11
As the coupons were on the bottom of the tub, I had to
pour out half of the rice into another container to retrieve them. As such, I am thinking that
the food banks will be unable to take them. My family will be the beneficiary of alot of rice.
Many thanks to the SC community for alerting me to this deal! And thank you to Uncle Ben's
for putting on such a phenomenal deal!!

Oh yes! You found gold! These chicken coupons are hotcakes for coupon traders.
How is that uncle ben's rice? Is it just plain rice packaged in a fancy tub or is it something processed? I would love to get in on this deal if it is just plain rice.

I make the rice in the oven, here is the recipe I use
4 cups water
2cups rice
1/3 cup of soya sauce
1/3 cup of oil
1 10oz can pieces and stem mushrooms including juice
put all into a covered casserole dish
bake 350 for 1hr or little longer if too much liquid, taste that rice is done.
easiest rice dish ever<a href="http://www.TickerFactory.com/savings/w7OIIln/">

I don't understand this concept as you are putting out money for the rice? I know you are getting the chicken free. And that is all really I would use just the chicken coupon. I have five boxes of rice I got for free already. Zehrs had the tubs for I think 5.99. So in reality what would I be paying for the rice and the chicken?
