My doctor suggested me to take protein shakes made from protein powder. I am a vegetarian so she said my body needs more protein.I do not have any idea what to make and how to make.I can search up in net,but want to directly hear from SC community who uses this.

The one that my son and I use is Biox Power Whey Complex you can buy it GNC Or Popeyes, you can also get it on Amazon.. It's more expensive but I believe it's worth it. It depends on what you're looking for..some have high carbs, high sugar..this one has 26 grams of protein for 35g, 2 grams of sugar and 3 grams of carbs..it's has sucralose..I have bought the ones at Costco and they have an after taste that I didn't like. Hope this helps..the Internet will help..also one of my favourite protein shakes is almond milk, natural peanut butter, banana, whey protein and chia seeds..hope this helps..

It depends on how you will be using it
Are you looking to drink protein shakes as a meal replacement? And how many will you be drinking each day?

I like........ Precision All Natural™ Vegetarian Protein features a blend of 6 non-GMO plant based protein sources that includes Pea and Organic Hemp along with Organic Sprouted Amaranth, Millet, Pumpkin Seed and Quinoa. Each serving provides 22 grams of vegan protein making it an ideal choice for anyone wishing to supplement their intake while avoiding both animal based proteins and artificial ingredients.Precision All Natural™ Vegetarian Protein is gluten, lactose, trans fat and cholesterol free. It has a pleasant flavour and easily blends into a protein rich shake or smoothie. It can also be added to muffins, waffles or pancakes to help increase their protein content.
I buy it may my local RCSS in Ontario.
Good luck finding a protein powder that you like and works for you can be tricky!

Thanks morningrose. For meal replacements, check that the shakes have carbs, protein, and fats. A healthy meal is mostly carbohydrates, then protein, and lowest in fats. Pick a protein powder that is closest to those ratios.

I drink Shakeology as meal replacement. Shakeology is more than a protein shake; it includes SUPERFOOD such as chia, flax, blueberry, quinoa, pomegranate, kale, spinach, goji berry, cinnamon, green tea, and and much more natural ingredients. I am a beachbody coach. You can pm me if you'd like to know more info.
