Ohh my! Well it's about time I found a place like this, been looking for a while! LOL. Used to be part of some American sites like this, but until now could never find a Canadian one!

I got hugely into couponing and freebies in 2006 when we were living down Sawwth in Texas . Nothing beat the rush I got from walking into Albertson's with a binder full of coupons and walking out with 2 shopping carts full and $500 worth of groceries for under $40....*sigh*, those days are sadly missed. But we came back home to Canada and our lousy selection of coupons available and I figured what's the point.

Hubby is the breadwinner though and is now in his 4th month of being laid off and despite applying for somewhere in and around 500 jobs still remains only wishing he could get back working . So here I go trying to help out where I can. I've been doing contests lately, figure since we can't buy any extras lately maybe I can win them . And I've now decided to try the couponing thing, I know it'll be a far cry from my couponing days down south, but every little bit helps right now!

Ok, so anyway, I'm Jolene, homeschooling mom to my 2 wild boys(9 and 11), home is in Calgary, and I like to ramble on occasion...what? You didn't notice that already?

My husband is in his 10th month from being laid off and freebies would come in handy and coupons even more with having a 13 month old in diapers still and loves some of the Gerber foods. Especially Lil Crunchers.

I am the mother of two kids, a 3 1/2 year old and an 8 month old. I am currently on Mat Leave and I am a coupon junky.If I see a coupon book in the mail I will cut them all out even if I don't need any of them!

Stumbled upon this site looking for deals for my sister since she's such a coupon queen. All the information on this forum is absolutely wonderful and highly informative. I thought my sister was nuts and being cheap for clipping coupons, but after reading around this site it's more about being a smart & saavy shopper than being a cheap one.
