Well hello there all you like-minded savers!!!!!!!

I'm The GoalPoster . . . aka Chuck. I live in Southwestern Ontario. I've been stumbling around these parts for a few months looking at ways to save a few bucks here and there what with my stepdaugher in dance and my stepson in travel hockey.

Until three years ago, I had zero experience with children and have receive a crash course on how tough it is in these economic times to raise a couple of kids and still have a little bit of paycheque left at the end of the week.

For me, it's usually the other way around . . . too much week left at the end of the paycheque!!!!!

Go figure.

Anyway, I've become quite the shopper . . . and the tips, coupons and direction from those on this site have helped me out a ton. So, it is time that I return the favour and start throwing into the mix a few nuggets of wisdom that I've learned along the way.

So . . . see you on the boards folks!!!!!

I joined this group thinking that I would be able share and trade my coupons but finding thats anything BUT in this group....

I tried and join a train but was told


"need your rating higher"


well the only way to get my rating higher is to trade
well how do i do that when Im not allowed to trade
isnt that talking out of both sides of your mouth!!!
gesh....

I can well understand people not getting coupons when
the are suppose to trade but that can happen even
when someone has been trading for some time and wishes
to get out of trading but really there is a way of getting back at
people who dont follow thro on their trade... just by sending one
blank envelope with a note on the back " you are a theif"
will send them reeling knowing that the whole postal system
has seen this... they will have red faces for weeks

so now my question is since I cant trade and i spent about 2 hours posting my list of coupons and no one either has viewed or emailed me
and its not that i do have the best coupons but some kinds of acknowledgement would have been nice from this group

again what is the purpose of joining this group... if i cant join in

Hi I am Allie from Nova Scotia. I am 37, no kids live with my fiance. We have 3 cats, 2 girls and a boy...had 4 but he had kidney failure and had to be put down last week.
