Hi, I'm not sure where to ask questions, so I'm asking it in here, I don't understand the stats for each person, how do I get rep power? I see so many people with it, even newer people with less of other things, am I missing something, just a bit confused on how the left hand side of each persons post works, if it isn't too much to ask could someone PM me the answer, it is probably not as complicated as I am making it, but I would really love to know, thanx.
