    My account was deactivated. When I tried to login tonight I got this message:
    Your account has been deactivated!
    There are a couple reasons why you may be prevented from accessing your account:
    1. You are operating more than one user account.
    2. You are using your account in violation of our terms of use.


    My husband and I have both accounts and use the same computer. I have read the rules and it's one per person. I don't understand....
    I sent them an email - now I wonder how long will it take to get a response - and if they will activate the accounts again.

    I have so many mixed feelings right now....

    I hope so too. I am still shocked...
    Maybe I was doing to many GC per month they are giving me a break...

    Will see what happens. Hopefully they will reactivate them. I had just redeemed for 4GC last night!! Argh!

    i wonder how swagbucks would know that a person is operating multiple accounts or actually know if its a different person using 1 account in a household though. could it be that the family members are logged into swagbucks at the same time or their searching styles are the same?
    because i mean if our family members all use one computer how would they know whos using which account cause swagbucks could just think 1 person is using 5 accounts or something
