    i hire people through temp agencies and when i find one worth keeping i bypass the temp agency so the worker can make some decent money, but i know what you mean, i know a few too that only hire as subcontractors so there is no gover't bs or responsibility

    I have had a couple ask me to "tell off" the Agency so I can go w*rk for them.
    That is against the "Rules" and could lead the the Company being Fined and me being Blacklisted if "found out".
    I told them to either "buy me out" or wait the 3x months (Probation).
    Honesty Rules!!!!
    Can You tell that I do NOT w*rk for the Government?
