Went on Friday to use my 8000 pionts when you spend $30 on food and snacks and noticed my 1 transaction bonus point and it made me giggle, so I thought I would share.

I got the same thing!
Shopped on Tues 21st, point to be awarded 5 business days, so on Tues 28th. coupon # 16654

40.91 subtotal
12.48 - items from pet food dept, and $ of items I used product bonus points on ***

28.43 not enough for coupon wus $30 !!!

I asked for subtotal before giving the 8000 points coupon, $32.42, then rest of items put through (with product bonus points)

Saw on receipt:

400 base pts
2500 dept bonus pts (1000, 1000, 500)
1 transaction bonus points

Thought this was something new to do with the delayed points until I looked very closely at my receipt and did the math.

***included in the $32.42 subtotal was $3.99 for milk, which I used a 500 points pc for. When I subtract that $3.99, I'm down to the $28.43.

So, the point of this novel is to be more careful which items I put through for the $30 total.

I thought I was, but my error with the milk could cost me 8000 points. Will know on Tues.

So, that 1 trans bonus pt may be the 'flag' to check before adding delayed points??

This is not a complaint! Lesson to me to not think I'm so smart! LOL

I had the same thing with a 20X when u spend 75.00 last week, but since I bought a DS at over 200.00 I assumed this was just a place holder for the points that will show up. I have not checked you but will do so today. Hopefully it still works out for you and you get the points.

I had that too....and ya I am assuming it just means that there r bonus points to be awarded at a later date...hopefully

The 1pt signifies that your transaction will be reviewed to see if you met the threshold. They changed the policy to be awarded in 5 business days. No biggie.

I'm in the same boat .... did the 8000 Pt Food/Snack on friday .... $40 of so in food but then $12 in coupons ... so total came down below $30 .... won't know until mid next week.

I wouldnt worry about this. I got the 1 transaction bonus point too. I used a get 6000 if you spend 20. Did not use any coupons and was over 20. So not worried.

I did a transaction last week, Spend $20 on food and get 4,000 bonus points. I too had the 1 transaction bonus point. I looked today and the 4,000 points were added to my account!

Yes i think it's just a reminder for them to review account for awarding late points. I used my 4000 pts wus $20 on food and snack last week, got this 1 pt, and 2 days after 4000 pts were added to my account. I did not combine this transaction with 20x promo that day.

I feel eased. I used my personal coupon on Friday (12000 bonus points wus $50). My subtotal before coupon was $53.93 and after coupons was $45.44. It was below $50 and I insisted cashier to still enter promo id for me which she did (Thank God!).

Hopefully, I will get 12000 before next Friday.

I used my Wednesday coupon (16k wus $60) and received the points Friday. Out of pocket was $60 before tax, no personal offers but 5 out of 9 products had optimum points. Also got the 1 transaction point.

need help!
Does anyone have the coupon code for 8000 pts wus $30 on grocery/snacks, Personal coupon #1, issued on Friday, April 17th.

Called 1-800 and they think coupon did not scan correctly and asked me for the coupon code. I couldn't open the email as expired, so gave him the code I wrote in post below. (59336).
Shoppers said this is incorrect.

Asked me to send him a copy of my receipt.
I have ALL my receipts for the past year, nicely clipped with a copy of any pc stapled to each one.
EXCEPT this one.
I know I had it in front of me to write the post below.

1-800 told me to go back to store so they can print a copy of transaction before they issue the points. He said he can already see that my purchases qualify for the points, but needs to be able to identify the error on how it scanned first.
