Hubby and I wandered off to Sobeys earlier, had a couple hour break from DS.
we didn't need much, We are going away for a week, and I didn't want to get much other than maybe some K cups.
Ooops.
6x Folgers k cups 8.99 - 4.00
6x Dove 2.99 - 1.50 = 1.49
Sugar (no coupon)
6x Quantum 5.99 - 3 =2.99
6x Crush 9.99 WUB3
8x Pillsbury cookes 2/6 -50 cent each
4x 1L Natrel Milk=Free when you got the pillsbury
2x Free Glasses- With the Natrel Milk
4x Lipton soup 1 free wub3
Anyhow, before coupons was 180.00-Coupons brought it down to 106.
Redeemed 100 in CS points, and handed over a a $20.
The cutest part was my DH was chatting to the lady behind us, and said, oh she has a coupno for everything she is buying (very proud) I glanced at her items, saw a pledge, and handed over a coupon for pledge and free cloths MIR. she was very happy.
When we got to the truck, I was looking over my reciept, and DH asks me what was wrong, I said. I don't think I had a coupon for everything there.
He said, no you didn't have one for the sugar, but she didn't need to know that, it seemed way cooler the way I said it

so cute...I love reading about proud DH's!!! Everytime I go shopping with DH he says the same to the cashier and customers behind me even though I don't have a coupon for everything and also points out my "savings bag"!

haha, couponing is so much fun! i love how my husband wasn't fond of the idea at first and now loves me coming home with free stuff! my mom calls me whenever she goes out and asks me "do you have a coupon for this , because ill wait to buy it" LOVE it!

awwwwww loved the story! I had something similar yesterday at CT i was waiting for the cashier to do 4 different transactions for 4 coupons(different story) and there was this lady waiting behind us with a Bissell box and m DH excused us for holding the line and said "she has a coupon for everything she buys" so when we were finished I handed the lady a $20 mail in rebate and a $5 for the liquid refill and said "sorry for making you wait" she was very happy!

Great shopping and hubby brag! I have saved Sobey's points a long time and only have $5 worth so I am very impressed with your $100 in points. Nice of you to raok the next customer as well.
