    Hmm. I got a red declined message on the kraft site when I tried to order it last week with a preloaded credit card, but the funds came off the card. I figured they would just get reversed, but today I recv'd a confirmation email. I hope its all good!

    edit- the fuggers double charged me too!

    I'm *guessing* there might be an issue with some people *possibly* using the same credit card for multiple orders to different addresses than what their billing address is. Their (krafts) system may be reading it as one person placing multiple orders.

    Yes, but someone posted above that they ordered two, and their CC has been charged twice.... Maybe Kraft has to go through manually to check that the addys are all different? I hope they don't cancel mine

    If they already had the packages ready to ship then it could be very possible, especially since it's like an hour or so drive from Kraft to Burlington.

    I have no idea, my hubby will be responsible for picking it up for me, so hopefully he does and I can find out what it is lol

    I was kind of upset though, they didn't leave me a delivery notice to make a second delivery attempt, i just got an automated message to go pick it up

    Thats ridiculous. You can't win with any delivery company though. Fedex came by, never knocked... the next morning I found a delivery notice. Checked the mail that evening and found a 2nd delivery notice. Called the company and they said they had returned it to sender. Well why doesn't anybody KNOCK these days.

    These people didn't even buzz me, and my buzzer is LOUD, I can hear the thing from my back yard, and my neighbor's 3 units down. I jump every time the darn thing goes off lol

    Just wanted to let everyone know that i was one of the people who ordered (on oct27th) and "seemed" to be doubled billed. Checked my credit card today and it has seemed to have sorted itself out. Transaction is showing now only the one charge and my available balance is back to normal. Whew! I'm assuming then it was just a pre-auth!

    I've had that happen to me too, and I was home, didn't ring the buzzer, just notice to go pick up, I called them and said I was going to call the shipper and tell them about this amd they had it delivered to me later that day, hmmm, thats better.

    I wanted to call and ask if they could redeliver tomorrow as the purolator office isn't very close to me. However, they left me no note, just got a phone call, and I gave the package # to my hubby to pick up.

    FedEx has been doing that to me too. I ordered stuff from Amazon, some electronics and some kitchen / pet stuff. It was 'delivered' the same day but for some reason he leaves the electronics on my doorstep and takes the cookie sheets to the depot for pickup? No second delivery attempt, just a final notice the day after it was shipped from Amazon
