Always wondered just how hot chorizo sausage is? I know I can't take a lot of spice, but son and husband do. I probably would use regular sausage, then add cayenne to hit the right level of heat.

The sausage actually isin't that bad you would probably be fine, but you really could subsitute it with any other sausage you would like. You'll have to let me know if everyone liked it, we had it last night.
