N@t@ you are absolutely spoiling my children!!!! They love every gift. And it helps mommy too cause they are not the easiest to get out of bed in the morning for school, but knowing they get to open their gift I have never scene them move so fast thank you, you are way too generous

You are very welcome, skyle . Having 3 nieces I know how hard it is to get them out of their beds in the morning .. lol and to please everyone without being "jealous" over each others gifts. Lol i like spoiling them (especially around Christmas) and seeing their smiling faces after opening their gifts so I was trying (hopefully) to reach the same "effect" on your kids .. their smiles are totally worth everything and the main purpose of the gifts .

Today was dh1's Christmas concert. I picked him up at school at the usual time and brought him home to find he brought a chunk of ice into the school and put it in his book bag at lunchtime (?) and it got to melt during the school day and the walk home. I found it when I went to clean out his lunchbox and put the giant ice block (it was bigger than my hand and that's after it had time to melt) in the bathroom sink. I had to ring out his gloves in the sink and sit them to air out... Anyway thankfully it was warm because when it was time to walk to the high school his gloves were still quite wet so he had to go without them. (the gym at his school isn't big enough so they have it in the nearby high school's auditorium every year). The concert started at 6:30pm and we treated the kids to McDonald's after since ds1 did a great job singing and ds2 didn't throw a huge fit (like last year) during the show. By the time we got home it was already 9pm (bed time is 8:30pm) so it was a long/busy day.
Ds1's class sang "I saw mommy kissing Santa Claus" and then at the end all the students sang "we wish you a merry Christmas". I think they did it that way so that the parents wouldn't leave with their kids when their classes song was done leaving a mostly empty auditorium for the last few classes. We did leave after ds1's song last year but only because ds2 wasn't behaving and had to be removed from the auditorium several times.Intergalactic Proton Powered Electrical Tentacled Advertising Droids!
