I've been searching for a particular pattern for an earflap hat...the kind with the braided tassels hanging down, and someone at a knitting class told me that Canadian Living had a popular one, so when I got home, I searched for it...and yes, it was listed, but I could never get to the page it was on! I always got sent to another page with their magazine information on it. So, I emailed them and asked why that was happening, and shortly I received a reply with the pattern URL. Once again, it brought me to the same page. I thanked them and said...guess it's not meant to be.....and began searching elsewhere....
Until today. I received another email today WITH screen shots of the pattern pages!!!!
I don't know about you peeps, but to me THAT is customer service!!! I couldn't believe someone would take the time to do that. I've always said that the customer service is so much better in the US (and I still contend that it is, in the retail stores), but this just floored me!
So THANK YOU, whoever you are, for taking the time to do this for me; I can now get on with our Grandson's hat (without tassels, please .. )....!
