those things always make me laugh, that girl on the right theres no way shes a size 16, here in canada maybe a size 12.

I think if she was a 16 in the states wouldnt she be a 14 in canada i always thought there was a two size difference between the clothing?

The US goes with sizes 1,3,5....

Canada goes with an even number 0,2,4,6...

Basically a size 0 is a size 1.

I noticed brit women in general are slightly chubbier than Canadians.... that may explain the national average.

oh so they go with odd and we go with even that would explain it...I'm not sure the difference between britian and canada though but ya does not look like a 16 at all

I think the sizing depends on the money you spend...

Odd/even isn't true - Reitman uses odd for reg sizes and even for petites...

I've noticed anything I buy under 100$ I'm 2 sizes bigger than anything I buy over $100. The sizing was 4 sizes smaller on my wedding dress. The owner just laughed and said "nobody's ever more than a size 16 on her wedding day" (they custom make the dress and tag it a 16 if they have to)

The more you pay - the smaller they'll tell you you are.

We should just do it like men - and measure the number of inches around, and number of inches down! (Of course, they all lie about how many inches down, I think )
