Thanks to everyone, I went to Jean Coutu were the Poise pads were on sale for $3.99 -$3.00 coupon, so paid .99 cents, got a free Vidal Sassoon hair color, then on Co51 I got $3.00 for each Poise up to 5= $15.00 and $2.00 for my free Vidal Sasson. So I paid $5.42 cents (I don't know why they deducted the hst) for 6 Poise and 1 free hair color and got $17.00 back from Co51, so I made $12.00 ( it has already been accepted).
Then off to SDM got free dog food, free clairol hair dye, and bought the Dessange shampoo and serum, used BOGO, paid $14.99 got the 1,000 pts, got $15.00 from Snap and $10.00 from Zweet, life is good!!

As of July 1, 2015 the federal gov't removed the GST and HST on feminine products. Great brag.

Thank you so much for posting about the Poise at Jean Coutu SavvvyLady!
i'm not sure why, but the $3 Poise coupons on save.ca were only mailed coupons on my account, not printable. But I managed to print a few $2 ones from Poise.com, so I still ended up making $1 per pack! Woot woot!

The $3 Poise was printable just prior to the weekend, but no longer. It's still worthwhile to request mail-out so you'll have the coupon for a future promotion.
As well, the $3 Poise coupon is also available for mail out on walmart.ca/coupons . It's exactly the same system as save.ca, but you'll need to register for an account in order to order the coupon. Hope this helps.

You're welcome, I think I have enough poise to last me for awhile, I give some to my mom too.I know a lot of people think these are only good for bladder control, but the small liners are great for at the end of your period too. They are also better than always, carefree all those liners. I prefer them than those other liners, and when it's a money maker they are even better hahaha!!
