The 2016-2017 "Other Money" Brag Thread!

I have several hundred dollars in foreign Apple App store gift cards from cashing in my expiring airline points (nothing else shipped to Canada). They are good for in-app purchases in Canadian accounts but they can't be used to buy new apps on the Canadian account I use every day.

Does anyone have suggestions? I have thought of selling them on ebay but I know purchasers who claim gift card fraud there is pretty much a guarantee, and have been unsuccessful with Kijiji or local groups for nearly a year (I think they don't understand exactly how it works)

Are you able to transfer it to other people? Maybe you can give it to friends/family. I know for Christmas we always get her iTunes GCs because she plays some game everyday and constantly makes in app purchases.

Star Bucks airport location was selling breakfast sandwiches. The wall menu had only one sandwich to choose. Ordered it. Then noticed the display had 5 other breakfast sandwiches.Changed my order.
They already made the first sandwich and could no resell.
Good 2 breakfast sandwiches, including the free 'mistake' sandwich.
Gave a nice tip.

* While it's not the best this is the first month in a long time I've made an effort to save money. Between kids and living in a small town my extreme coupon days are far behind me. Next month I want to atleast double my effort and double the savings *
