DOUBLE PC POINTS for ground beef/pork

Had an offer for beef and another for pork.
Beef/pork blend on sale for $3 lb. Only bought 1 package for $8.
Got 800 points for beef and 800 points for pork.
Had I known, I would have bought a couple more packages.
Next time...

Regular, weekly offer. I usually get one or the other. First time for both

OP, when you go to the check out, if there is no line up
swipe PC Plus card
ask cashier to do a subtotal
on cashier's screen, you will see all the points that could be awarded
if you want to buy more, you can ask the cashier to suspend your order, while you get more products + more points
but do this only if there's no line up

Her value pack of ground beef/pork blend was ~$8 so she earned 1600 points (200 x 8).
