    I was in Wal Mart last night, needed some TP and knew Majesta was on sale
    so I grabbed a 16 pack =34 rolls $4.97 - $1 coupon

    Decided to do a quick look around before leaving, and they had some great clearance in pharmacy

    Vicks Nyquil 297mL $2
    Vicks Custom care non drowsy 170mL $1.5
    Tylonel fast melts for fever and pain 20 tabs $.50
    Trimaminic cough and sore throat 18 soft chews $1.50
    Tiraminic long acting cough 100mL $2.00
    NeoCitran 8 vapour patch $1.oo (I never knew these existed I hate rubbing vicks on myself, these are great!)

    OOP was $14.10 which is what I would have spent on 1 bottle of cough med if I ran out when someone started to get sick! Now we are set for the cold/flu season! I couldn't find my NyQuil coupons so I was a bit bummed out, but still can't complain too much on this price. All have expiry dates of june/july 2012 and a couple expire may 2013

    Our store always has clearance racks. (I'm in a small town, so its not a very busy store)
    Sometimes they have 2 Large shelves up near the registers full of clearance. This one I found in front of the pharmacy, they had a shelf from top to floor full of items from the pharmacy on clearance. Hope you find one at your Wal Mart next time you're there!
