I was able to change it in the right top corner to Canada but still cant figure out how to change it from states to province on my account page for shipping and billing.....does anyone know how to do this???? If so we might be good this may still work!!!

Sorry for the confusion people i just got an email back from the company saying:

In order for overseas customers to utilize the site, you will need to click the which corresponds to your country on the top right corner of the screen. Currently our system does not support internation customers adding their address directly to the "My Account" portion of their account. You will however be able to enter your over-seas address when you complete your first order.

Nomorerack is now available in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Ireland

You did not get it wrong, here's what needs to be done to get the free $10:
1. go to this link
2. register
3. You will get an email confirmation, follow the instructions on the email
4. Once you are on their web site, click on my account, then on the left click on redeem gift a card
5.enter P1080 and click on Redeem your gift card

Bang!!! $10 credit
