    Air Wick scented oil starter kit MIR states "purchases must be made
    between February 12, 2016 and March 12, 2016".
    Here is my super silly question: does a purchase on March 12th qualify?
    The word that is causing me concern is "between".
    If the offer read "up to and including March 12th", I would feel more confident.
    I welcome your words of wisdom and personal experience.
