Thread: no frills cereal deal

I did most of my shopping Thursday, but I had to take a senior shopping and banking today, so we hit No Frills, and I was armed with kelloggs CZ! Buy3 kelloggs save $3. There was a huge display of corn flakes and rasin bran, and using my coupons made them $1 a box!
I bought 32 boxes of cereal, and paid $32!
I RAOK'ed to several folks in the store, and handed enough to Maggie and my nieghbors to pick up a dozen boxes each.
My friend Maggie has been so greatful for the past 4 months of savings I pass on to her that she took me out for coffee after the shopping was done! It's a rare treat for her as dissability just barely covers the basics.
Thanks to everyone contributing to this site, I follow it to help my family, but my friends are greatly benifiting too!

Very awesome brag! So nice of you to help her out...I know with my mom she is on disability too because she has progressive MS and is in a wheelchair, and disability doesn't give much money, so when I go to WPG to visit I try to stack coupons to help her out.

That is an awesome shopping day... I understand how little disability covers for both myself and my son, so you really do help A LOT with the little things you do. THANK YOU for being so generous... cause every good deed deserves a thank you...:D
