    I just found out from my bone density test that my bones have gotten better than they were 15 years ago!!!!! Doc said whatever I have been doing to keep it up!

    thats great news! i get my density test (2nd one) in sept to find out if my bones are stronger... Ive been taking vit D daily & Plaqanil for arthritis. yup...gettin old sucks. ;-(
