It's damn near impossible to grab this one if you have anyone in the same room with you.. Especially a toddler and a his father lol..

For 3 days straight now, I have missed this only because one of the boys either dropped something and completely distracted me, the lil one bumped his head and scared the bajeebus outta me, and 3, my husband complained about me asking how his day went, and when I failed to pay attention to his answer, he got crabby and said I paid more attention to freebies... it was rather funny. But I want my damn bacon.. lol

I don't want to count my chickens before they're hatched though. I've learned my lesson the hard way with Websaver to not assume I'm getting a freebie even when I claim it and get the confirmation email. Only when (if!) it arrives in my mailbox do I celebrate.

If websaver won't help you, I'd just sign up for another account with a different email address and abandon the one that is giving you trouble.

Be VERY careful doing things like that. I got into trouble with save.ca before because my husband signed up for an account as a "favour" to me and I ended up getting my account deactivated. I had to explain things and ask nicely to get it reactivated. I am not sure if Websaver is as strict but I wouldn't risk it. You can email them and explain the problems you are having though

but good advice.... despite several problems, I still eventually get my coupons. Just super annoying that they dont seem to care! I've emailed them at least 4 times specifically regarding this, and all that i get back (3 weeks later mind you) is a generic response...! (still feeling sorry for that poor woman who's account is being mixed up with mine... if I ever find out who she is I might have to send her some coupons!!!)
