Drove 30 minutes to a better SDM. Got there around 9am which was okay since we weren't buying big ticket items & didn't need to worry about items selling out, although a few items on my list were gone, like the Oral-B toothbrushes & Blistex Deep Conditioning Treatment.
Here's what I scored w/ my $250 redemption:
4 x Cadbury/Neilsen chocolate bars
1 x Harajuku Lovers Christmas edition perfume
1 x Yves Saint Laurent BabyDoll mini set [clearance]
1 x Bath Retreat foam bath
1 x SDM Bloom set
1 x Lady Speed Stick
1 x I love...Vanilla & Ice cream body butter
3 x Lindor Lindt chocolate
1 x Hershey Christmas Eggies
2 x Twinings tea bags
2 x Olay bar soap

2 x Vachon Passion Flakies
1 x Simply Food salty & sweet bars
6 x Larabar energy bars
4 x Neilsen milkshakes
3 x Clover leaf tuna
5 x Campbell's soup
3 x Maple Leaf bacon
3 x McCain rising crust pizza
3 x Armstrong cheese

Subtotal: $251.79
Tax: $28.66
TOTAL OOP: $30.45!
I saved $138.82 from sale items & used $16.75 in coupons. I earned 930pts in the transaction, 750 from the cough drops bp coupon.
A few things are kind of hidden in the photo [the Bloomset, the shower gel etc.] & the pizzas were already placed in the freezer, but here's my first ever haul picture:

Hoping to do a $60 redemption tomorrow. It was such a thrill!"Be who you are & say what you feel

& those who matter don't mind." - Dr. Seuss

I'm kinda bummed that I was short on the $250... I was busy packing all the stuff in my reuseable bags and trying to get them on into that teeny tiny cart! Oh well... If I decide to redeem again tomorrow I will keep a better eye on the subtotal...I'm still happy to have gotten all the stuff I did because aside from where noted everything is for a donation to the local food bank. I know they need it and it will be my christmas present to myself, to know that I can help make someone elses holidays a little brighter makes my heart happy
May redeem for $125 tomorrow to get some small gifts but will see how I feelLast edited by flyingdutch; Sat, Dec 3rd, 2011 at 06:03 PM.

From receipt:
Subtotal $253.39
HST $23.16
Total $276.55

You have saved $92.26
My totals are higher than the receipt and I just figured out I had 2 coupon keyed in at $5 and I see the $2.99 vendor free for the Bran Flakes but so not see the 3rd one on the receipt (funny as I could have tried to SCOP one as the cereal wasn't in the system, but I talked to someone so they could add them before I checked out). No wonder I had such trouble reaching $250. Were vitamins supposed to be on sale as my Vitamin A was regular price?
Here's my haul without the DVD and game as they are gifts.

I did 6x250.00 on three different cards this morning. Doing the same tomorrow. I was really blessed in that yesterday, SDM staff let me put four carts of stuff in the back. Plus, I had pre-ordered 20 barbies and 20 hot wheels tubes for my hampers.
I got there this morning just before they opened at 8am and I was the only one there for a bit and then all of a sudden, there were a lot of people and they were all headed to electronics. I already had my electronics put away so I went and got some other stuff first before I got in that line. Get in line and everyone in front of me is asking for a 3D DS and being turned away. Get to the front and asked for my 3D DS that I had on hold and one lady flipped her lid! She was so mad that I got one and she didn't.
My transactions were all calculated to the penny but when I got to the till to pay for the two orders with the barbies in them, they rang up at 12.97 instead of 17.99 so I had to do some quick thinking.
Anyway, here is some of what I got:
20 Vet Barbies
20 Hot Wheels Tubes
1 3DS
Zelda for 3DS
Pokemon Blast for 3DS
1 pkg of DS Stylus
2 Skull Candy Ear Buds
1 Skull Candy Headphones
1 Wicked Headphones
Twilight Curling Iron
Twilight Straightener
Twilight Blow Dryer
4 Quo Nail Polish Kits
32 Books/Coloring Books
10 Rolls of Xmas Wrap
8 pkgs of gift tags
8 bottles of crackle polish
8 nail pens
8 nail stickers
Lots of chocolate
There is more but that's off the top of my head.

I did 4x$250 (between my card and my husband), too much to list but the big items were TV/DVD Combo, Fuji Camera, 3xFragrance Sets, Cologne then lots of stocking stuffers and household and beauty product items. And a nice little bag of pampers/huggies items for my cousin's baby.
First time ever doing a redemption and everything went perfect!

This is my first time uploading pictures...I hope it worked!
I did $625 in redemptions. My total out of pocket was $45.20 in taxes. I made a major mistake by buying my iTunes gift cards as part of one of my redemptions!!! OUCH! I was sooooo tired! So, the subtotal I was watching was $30 out! I used $27.25 in coupons so I guess that balances out...still a little sad to make such a major goof. I got 7621 points...I am tired but very thankful....really takes the pressure off to be able to do a shop like this right before Christmas!

Thanks - I was just coming on to leave you a message on your own page in case this one got buried.
Now I realize why I don't have the points I 'could' have - it's very rare that I've been able to take advantage of the bonus points days. There are three SDMs fairly close to us, and it's rare that only one of them has items enough I need to get to the $50 (or whatever amount) needed for bonus points. It's been very frustrating, I've missed out on a lot... Aw....
BUT wowsers to you all for all this shopping - I am SO blown away!

I got all practical things like food, vitamins, and meds. I won't bother listing all 66 items. I'm almost glad I don't have enough points to do another one. It was fun, but boy was it stressful trying to spend $250 all at once! It took me 2 hours! I used a calculator and wrote everything down, but I still ended up miscalculating and going $8 over.

This was my first redemption ever. I didn`t have enough points for the $250 but was very happy with what I got
Multibionta x5
Tylenol Arthritis x2 the 200 were on sale for $14.99
xstrength Tylenol x2
Russel Stover sugarfree bag candy x5
Toblerone chocolate x2
Quo cosmetic bag
nail polish x2
polish remover
emory board
I used $79 in coupons and got 2500 BP but the best thing was meeting another SC`er. She was nice enough to offer me coupons for a couple things I was buying. I didn`t need them but it was the thought that counted. Now I`m trying to decide if I want to do a $60 redemption tomorrow.Last edited by Crochetlady; Sat, Dec 3rd, 2011 at 06:54 PM.

Here's pictures of my redemption today worth $250.00. Took my hubby along with me and we had a pretty good time. We had a list but a one point just putting things into our cart that we needed and also quite a few things we didn't. We got a couple of Christmas gifts.......some Christmas eats.......and alot of the boring every day items like medication, vitamins, food, household. This was my first redemption and I was quite stressed earlier......but now feel so happy that we have saved this much money......especially in December when everyone's funds are pushed to the limits. I haven't listed every detail of what we bought but the pictures below will give you an idea
