Hi Everyone i'm new to the whole couponing thing and could really use the help.Not to sure how this site works, so if someone could give me a hand that would be great and i would really appreciate it.I'm a mom of 3 kids and could use all the savings i could get.Thank You

I'm new too so welcome! This si where I learned about coupons http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/canadian-coupons/ and it only takes a few minues. I would suggest you set up a free hotmail or email acct for couponing so your inbox doesn't get overwhelmed with advertising info from companies. My favourite thing to learn with the biggest bang for the buck is Shoppers Optimum points. The people here have it down to an art & science! Check the Shoppers forum and you'll be well on your way to savings lots of $$$.

welcome! good tips from CurEuS. Deals and Brag sections are helpful to find out best bang for regular buck on groceries, toiletries/household items and such. the flyers are also posted earlier than the normal delivery dates so you get to plan shopping lists for the weekend earlier. there are also posts that show price comparisons for popular products/grocery items so it makes it easy to compare shop. all the best!
