Anyone know how to get surgical tape residue off??, I have tried bar soap, dish soap, its all over my tummy ..I tried an alcohol wipe.

Yup, soaking is pretty much all that works - otherwise, you are going to rub your skin raw!
LOL on removing the extra fat, ha - that's a whole different procedure!
