We made a special trip on 4 city buses but only had to pay $3.80 in fare and $9.22 fast food stop. Those costs add up when shopping around. Used 3 redemptions: television, head phones, 4 controllers, 3 lasagnas and 21 cans of tuna. Total $633.82 paid $123.82 gained 290 points.
4th redemption was at the closest SDM. I saw a lot of empty shelves but everything I wanted was still there. I peeked in the carts and most people are buying gifts or expensive healthcare items.
66 cans of tuna (emptied the shelf), fabric softener, crackers, Hydrasense, 4 pizza, candy, 4 bacon, 4 cheese, 5 hot sauce, 4 Pepperidge crackers (50cents each) and 8 pop. Total $178.35 Paid $1.25 gained 4140 points.
Tomorrow will be interesting with my coupons in tow. Hoping for a really good grocery and donation redemptions.Last edited by sirandrewr; Sun, Nov 27th, 2016 at 01:33 AM.

I did a 50,000 redemption today. Was quite pleased with it, used $35 worth of coupons - a couple of pretty good deals - crest mouthwash on sale for $3.49 (used buy 3 get $3.50 off), windex-$2.99 minus $1.50 coupons, buy two tides - $3.00 off...stuck to budget, so happy.
I don't see the bonus points on the receipt anywhere though!! (???)

I have never redeemed before, so wanted to know if we can buy mirs while redeeming points. I was thinking of buying recent mirs like airwick, resolve today but am not sure if that would be okay.

I redeemed for a deluxe heating pad,cat food, cat treats, eggs, bacon, mouthwash, snacks, Tylenol cold medicine, etc. so my subtotal was $86.02 so I earned 10 points. Looking forward to the bonus pts. so that I can do another redemption just before Christmas. Very happy as I really needed the heating pad with moist heat auto shut off.

Did one full redemption that was mostly Christmas gifts (chocolates, bath products) and regular bath/home items. I was able to get some melatonin for younger child on a decent deal and chips were cheap. Had to restock razor blades for DH as well as his body wash. It will be nice to have the points back and see if there's anything worth snapping up in the after-Christmas sales!
