I would always use mine as soon as I got it for fear of loosing it. I had lost my garlic bread one until right before it expired (though it didn't matter because I couldn't find it, lol) But for the past while I have been saving them to do one big(ish) shopping trip. Hopefully the bacon shows up soon
I want to use them soon because my bread is about to expire.

I sometimes go to the store and buy a bunch of items with fpcs. Makes me feel good paying $0!

^^^^Do you pay taxes on your FPC's? I have read a few discussions on here about taxes and FPC's. Seems most people pay tax on their FPC's but the gov't sites say that tax isn't to be paid by the customer. I'm trying to get to the bottom of it before I go on my FPC shopping trip, lol.

Wow, you have so many! I only have a few - and as for keeping them, I do that too - it's almost like a security thing, like 'if we have no money for food for dinner, at least we can have free ice cream', LOL!
But there's a down side to keeping them, too - on the weekend I was making my master shopping list with the flyers, pulling out the coupons I needed - and OY, I found two FPCs for 2L Coke which expired the end of Nov - I just assumed they were til end of Dec. -- that really, really, hurt!

Not the coke
my dh would die.... I was rearranging binders a bit ago and found several FPC's, I had gotten them last year and 3 the year before that. It's a good thing some didn't have expiry dates and the others don't expire till next summer. Gave a few to Colleen when we met and I guess I will use the rest up before they get stuck in the back of a binder again.

to the free ice cream, Since I am new to couponing and such, I so don't want to tell people this but I will, I think I go through my FPC's like evry other day and admire them ( I have a separate folder for just FPC's) I know it sounds crazy lol but it is so cool to know I bought something that I needed and got something that I use for free

I usually keep them until the expiry date is creeping up...actually they are in my lil coupon organizer and i try to keep them in order of expiry date, lol. i like getting a bunch of stuff free sometimes when i feel ambitious but usually i wouldn't ever use more then a few at once, guess i am nervous about the cashier getting fraustrated or making comments to,lol. i have a lot saved up.
Am the same way here...figure i prepare for the worst, lol. "If we somehow end up on the streets, itleast we have freebie coupons for food"lol.https://legerweb.com/VADJC Join Leger Web And Start Earning Today =)

Thank you for this reminder... I hoard my FPCs also and would be very mad to myself if I forget to redeem the ones that will expire on Dec. 31.
