A nurse was just here to do my CHF checkup, all is well, and the same. Seems my BP has decided for quite some time to settle in at 140/80, not a number I particularly like. I was reminded that I am still living with heart failure, even though I have a pacemaker...
I frankly don't know how I am even holding my head up right now. I slept less than an hour overnight, and I hadn't had a nap yesterday. Usually the nurse comes in the morning, so I didn't go to sleep, but I am going to try now.

Sorry I didn’t post earlier was just a busy day. Doctors appointment went fast but there was a 2 hour wait because it’s a walk in clinic. I was #8 on the list. I can’t imagine the wait if you’re #20 lol. He just wanted to follow up and ask how I’m feeling and increased my depression med a bit. Then I came home and did 3 short workouts. Hope everyone has a good day Wednesday. :)
