Did spin class at the gym today. Also used the steam room for the first time but only for a few mins. Tomorrow I’ll use it a bit longer. Sideways pic again lol.

Well, the kids got a scare yesterday when their son didnt arrive home from school by 3:15...it was 3:45. He would never do that. Turns out the kids who walk or bike home were kept in the school because a bear was wandering the neighbourhood!
The school sent out a notice to parents, but they didn't receive one. That'll have to be resolved, but, whew!
Lovely dinner out with the kids...then back to their home for a dessert cake I made. I just didn't have the stamina to make a scratch cake so I went back to that oldie 2-ingredient bundt cake but everyone loved it.
Leaving for camp today and will be doing quite a bit of packing up.

@cabmonk - I can't see your attachment but it seems like you must be approaching your goal! I was reading an article about another fellow who lost 300 lb. in a year (he started at 600 lb.) by using that yoga method. Pretty soon you'll have to find a hobby to take up your time when you reach your goal.
