@Lynn49 only if it turns out great I am using a bag of the NN All purpose flour from RCSS never used this brand before so not sure if it will make a difference or not but I followed the recipe carefully

In Canada, @flemeth , our AP flour is the same as the US "cake flour", or whatever they call it because of the semolina flour we use here. So we never have to buy special flours. I'm sure your bread will be perfect! :)
