Hope everyone had a good day. Managed to push through spin class today. Tomorrow I’m not doing spin class but will still do weights and treadmill. Working on my Walmart grocery pickup for Wednesday. I added a bit of chicken and Greek yogurt to my diet. Slowly I’m getting to my goal of being under 200lbs. I hope before Christmas (I’m at 207 now)
