Well, 2 people applied to rent the apartment and one said they would pay $250 more per month. But they only wanted a 6 month lease. I just withdrew and said, "Have at it." (Politely of course) because they wanted me to take possession on May 1 and at that point, my condo hadn't even been listed.
This one was from amazon.ca and had good reviews. A bit mixed though but overall mostly good. Yeah I have very little space but I have a shelf right next to my kitchen counter that right now has my garbage can. I could put garbage can on the floor lol. There are quite a few on amazon. I got the 2 day shipping because I signed up for free month trial of amazon prime. Lol I know my room is small, I usually say it's the size of a closet. Did first load with the washing machine and it came out great. Only thing I did at first was my fitted sheet and mattress pad. I only put for 3 mins but you can do up to 15 mins. It came out smelling so nice. I did them one at a time in the spin thing and only did 2 mins to start and they came out so dry, i'd say 85% dry. Just hanging them up now till thurs but really probably only need 1 1/2 hours to fully dry. Only problem is if the landlord finds out I have it he might so no to it. I mentioned to someone what I was waiting for and they said another tenant had asked about a similar item in the past and landlord said no. Oh well I'll see what happens.

@Tweets77 - you must be so proud of your DS. Once things settle down some, he'll be able to take some time for himself
@cabmonk - happy to hear the washing machine is working out well. With all your purchases lately, it must be getting crowded in there. lol
