good morning @flemeth . Yes another Canada Day was enjoyed here, along with " the meats! " ( overload on the BBQ. ) The Blue Jays looked so darn smart in the red uniforms, however they lost. I am cooking a whole flattened chicken in the air fryer atm, when it's done I'll put in the 3 lbs. of wings. Caesar salads as a side.

How did the clock move from 5 a.m. till after 9 a.m. without me noticing? Good morning to all early risers, which means I'll nap later. Going to make a large, deep lasagna casserole later this afternoon to have over the weekend. Soon heading out to The Thrift Store for a looky-loo, one never knows what you'll find!

Happy Friday . Hoping everyone week went great so far. Just the same old same here nothing new. I have never watch the show This is Us on TV have some time to kill so I started it on Netflix and I am hooked. I am a very emotional person so lots of tears watching that show.

Happy Wednesday said no one ever....lol. Good morning. Tuesday? Now THAT was a day to remember! We took my sister out for dinner to celebrate her milestone birthday ( I'll not mention the number, but she is way older than me.....lol ) The custom photo cake I ordered and brought to the restaurant was to die for! Very personalized and the message was quite poignant. None of this blasé Happy Birthday stuff because she is very special to me. To say she loved it was an understatement. Summerlicious was going on where we ate and the menu was very satisfying. We will do this again next year!
