@GoJays truly we were so fortunate considering the outside temps....the 2nd tech that came was able to give us peace of mind by adjusting who knows what ( dare I say jerry rigging ? ) something until the other parts were going to arrive to do the fix. he made it so we could turn it on, then if it stopped we'd let it " rest ' and flip it back on again.Quote:

I a few errands to run today so I will have to leave the house. And my fur baby did not go out for a walk since Friday so since it should be a nice day will try and give him a walk tired of the whining.

Good morning @flemeth . It's still cold here.. -16 but no windchill. It will warm up a bit more but tomorrow will be much warmer with rain. Hopefully enough to get rid of the snow on the ground but I will not hold my breath.

Taking a sick day today.
Don't know what the heck happened last night, but my head was just pounding all night! Didn't get a single Z last night. So I slept in and now need to decide what I'm going to do at home today.
Back tomorrow, with the usual routine.

A great night's sleep for me. And now, I feel as though I could nap if I were to lay down!
The occupational therapist came by with a thingee that will help me put regular socks on. So simple, but it works - however, not for taking off.
Now to see what the day shall bring. Just waiting for an aide to bring me a basin with water and towel so I can wash up.
My roomie will probably go home tomorrow. Bummer, he is pretty easy to live with. Yesterday he called me Audrey all day.

Wow, @Natalka ..."a great night's sleep" isn't something we're accustomed to hearing from you! Excellent!! Do you attribute that to the lovely drugs you may be receiving? I hope that continues at home for you. Happy to hear you're so well cared for there!
@danger_dan ...I hope by now your headache is gone and that you're taking it easy at home for a change. No need to actually DO stuff all the time, right? :)
Nothing on my agenda today, I may cut out a summer lounge dress for myself for camp...something I can slip into but doesn't look like a housecoat for our morning coffees on our deck at camp. Or. I may not. :cheesygrin: I may just look through my stash of fabric...they're all so nicely folded I just hate to disturb them!
