Hello! Taking a break, walked Jenny, met new neighbours, then sipping tea and picking out my plants for our Veseys order for here and camp, now watching something about small space gardens and relaxing.
Seems a little quiet here today......:rolleyes:

@GoJays - that snow pic was us yesterday, but today it's bright and sunny, so the snow melt can resume.
Just finished lunch - hotdog (actually has a taste), hamburger soup, cucumber slices, banana cake with actual icing!
PT at 11 went well , walked 3/)4 of hallway then onto the Sci-Fit. Worked up a good sweat. I had done two sets of exercises this morning because I was pretty stiff. Have nothing booked for the aft, so I have to make my own plan.
Here, they trust that you do prescribed exercises aside from physio time. If you don't, let me tell you that you know yourself, and they sure can tell by how you are doing. They have even stopped asking me for the most part, other than a reminder to do a particular one if something hurts a bit more. For me, the past few days it's been a lot of hamstring stretches.

Hello, my friends. I have been watching Facebook posts from 22Hicks (Nancy Hickinbottom) her fellow Brian is in critical condition with a blood infection. His situation has become very serious. He had a pacemaker and a heart valve replacement and they are thinking that the infection originated there, somehow. She has been with him throughout. The powers that be have called for next of kin to come. How awful for Nancy. I have been sending my prayers.

Yes. Avon, Nancy's been through so much, losing Jake, then Brian's heart condition and like you said, she's always by his bedside, at least as much as she can be. They had such lovely plans together, why did this have to happen to them? It's so terribly, terribly sad........Quote:
