Well yesterday I was at the fracture clinic. Was told there by the Dr that It is only fractured on the out side which he said I am lucky. I was put into an Air cast for 2 weeks, have to stay off the foot and when I go back he would see if it’s healing well and if not according to him I will have to do surgery. So fingers crossed that I follow his instruction and stay put.

@flemeth , that was sure a "good news bad news" appt with your doctor, wasn't it? Good news: fracture in the right place, bad news: if you don't behave yourself, you'll be in surgery!! Sheesh!!
So.....been there, done that, you don't want surgery, then the physio, then removal of any plates of screws that held you together, so, Missy....don't put one single ounce of pressure on that leg in any way whatsoever, and you should be good as new in a few weeks!!!! :)

Thank you for your kind thoughts and prayers for our DD's exam today....she said the classes were brutal but very helpful and informative, the teacher was excellent with the 10 students in her class, and he spent a great deal of time on the calculus parts of the book, one calculation was the only thing on an entire page of the book! One. And all of the ones he went through have to be memorized. So prayers and good thoughts are really, really welcome!! :)

@flemeth - good that that's all that is, hoping it heals well so you don't need surgery. Just don't take chances, easier said than done I know!

We had a yummy supper and visit with our son. He is just such a sweet bear! They are very busy at his shop, so he's working hard.

Very cool overnights and mornings the past few days. Today will be 20, just right for me.

Milan has resubscribed to Netflix, and went to the level where we can watch at the same time, so that was kind of him. Took a quick peek and there are some movies I want to see - Incredibles, Coco, and Secret Life of Pets top my list.

Hoping Monday is kind to all of you!

Back home, great procedure, slept right through it, no worries, nothing bad found at all, thank Heavens!

The heavy rains continue, just hope our DD's plane lands tonight and doesn't have to turn back.

@Natalka , enjoy those movies...Coco is one of our GS's favourites, along with the first one, The Book of Life. I hope you can watch that one, too!

@GoJays , Option C...I choose C. They're always morons, the rain brings them all together, plus it makes the 'normal' ones into morons too.

Yep, I have to agree with you. Good luck going home. The rain seems to have stopped here. Hopefully it is good on your side too. Just watch out for the misty, foggy stuff.
