I never have, but have noticed in the past few months more and moe SC'ers mentioning they have had a win from them. I just sent them a question, and must admit they responded really quickly.

I have only ever heard of people winning the small stuff like a $20 gift card. I have the feeling it is a bogus site. For instance Rodgers do their own contests on their own sites like their magazines and Leafs but these people had a Rodgers contest a while back. I don't believe that the contest was actually sponsorsed by Rodgers because they do their own but the site had some weird banner as if it was Rodgers and the details were only in french. Their testimonials page looks phony too.And the people that opperate Wanna Win have a whole bunch of these supposed "prize winning" sites.Do you really believe that Sears , Rodgers and Apple are donating prizes and having their contests hosted on cheesy Wanna Win ?.....I don't.
Looking up their company info on the internet is not that easy either. You don't have that problem if you look up real companies that operate contests and advertising as a legitmate business. I don't visit their sites because I am convinced they are a fraud , but that is just me.Last edited by raccoon; Sat, Dec 10th, 2011 at 05:47 PM.

I entered almost everyday all the contests for over 4 years and did not win 1 thing so I gave up on them. I dumped most of my tokens around 1500 or so on an iPad and did not win that either. For so many contests all the time we should be reading frequently about someone winning from there but you rarely see anyone post a win from them. I have read a lot of people have stopped wasting their time on them so maybe you will have a better chance. Good luck.

You are right Noonefan , if people were winning there would be posts on all the contest forums. I can tell you that one time while discussing if Wanna Win is a legitimate site on another forum the guy who said he runs it called us idiots and intimated he would sue us.He was very rude.
I question why someone was told they could win an LCBO card but gets a cheque instead.I question were all the big prizes go.I question why they pretend to be offering a promotion from a business like Rodgers who do their own. I don't know what the real deal is , maybe they want traffic to their site or to gather info on people and sell it but something is amiss.

They say they are the largest contest site in Quebec. And the numbers definitely support that. A couple of years ago I looked at percentage of wins that went to quebecers versus the rest of canada. Quebecers had somewhere around 40 percent. So since Quebec does not have 40% of the population of Canada, I concluded that wannawin had to be very popular in Quebec or something was fishy. The fact that Quebec is isolated from the rest of canada when it comes to contests because of the way they tax them, I think it is probably the former. Either way I decided to spend my contesting time in other places.
