Since the offers don't state a specific limit like some do, it's likely that they apply to multiples, subject to any limits specific stores may have as well as the "we reserve the right to limit quantities" part of the PCO T&C.

Yes I did the tide yesterday it works on multiple. I bought 4 bottles
