I just called and gave the gal all the details about the promotion. She checked and after about 5 minutes, came back to say my points would be in my account in 5 minutes-and they were! I did have to wait about 20 minutes on hold to talk to someone to begin with, but other than that the whole exercise was painless. Thanks, Silk!

I had 2 different offers on milk but I only got the points from one of the offer but I don't even know if I got the right amounts of points for that offer. Its been a while since I gotten 20x pts on milk.

offers:
20x the points on any Milk product (2L or 4L) ---- Got 855 points
600 points for every $3 spent on 2L Trutaste Milk (Neilson trutaste lactose free milk picture in the app) ---- Got no points

I bought 3.25% Neilson Trustate lactose free milk at shoppers today.

Did I get the right amount of points? Thanks in advance.

I usually get 2% lactose free and it always worked but one time got 3.25% and did not work so I think it works only on 1&2%, regarding 855 point it's correct (3X15X19) but if you called most likely you'll get the points.

@4sure5 - You're welcome So glad you got your points! Yes, sometimes I end up being on hold for a while, sometimes only for a couple of minutes -even when they say it's going to be a 10 or more minutes wait. I figure it's still better than having to email back and forth if the rep has questions.

@momof3heathens - They don't work when redeeming at SDM, but last I heard they do work when redeeming at the grocery stores.

I had 20x points day when I spend $50 or more at shoppers today I spent about 186$+ I gained about 39k in points in one shop in total.

For this weekend's 20x pts for $50 spend in app offer, where it says "This offer cannot be combined with other offers", this means if i had an in app offer for pampers diapers of 200pts per $1 i wouldn't get that along with the 20x pts right?
